Please note that it is your responsibility to keep track of your upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send reminders a few weeks prior to your scheduled appointment, along with confirmation calls or emails two weeks beforehand. We also send a reminder the day before all appointments. While we make every effort to notify you, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your attendance at your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made with our office in advance.
Due to the high demand for prime appointment times, we require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We value your time and do not double-book clients, meaning your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. If you provide less than 24 hours notice or miss an appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or your account.
